Not quite a Nigella!!

I went to Baking Class at Bake With Yen today. That is after attending Aisyah's (my daugther) sport day. She was in the Kadet Remaja, they did not win the best marching team.

Mr Hu , he is no where near Nigella but he can cook!! Could hardly understand him coz he speak Malay with Chinese slang and couldnt speak English. He speak Mandarin very well. The Chinese participants are doing the translation for the Malays and Indian.

Amir's Herbs Garden

This is my husband Herbs Garden at home, tanah ada sekangkang kera (literally is) but it full of herbs. Ada pegaga, serai, daun kesum, kunyit, pokok kari, ulam raja, pudina, kacang botol, pandan, daun bawang, daun sup, limau kasturi, limau purut and batang lambok. Pokok terung, pokok pisang, keledek and pokok mata kuching pun ada. Semua kat situ!! Of course ada yang tanam dalam pasu besar. Hari tu, dia cuba nak tanam pokok buluh. Tiap-tiap hari, I doa janganlah hidup. If hidup, tak taulah dia nak tanam kat mana. Orang kata, pokok buluh ni ada "benda" lain suka tinggal kat situ. That's why tak nak benda tu hidup!! Nasib baik tak hidup. Pokok buluh tu dia ambik dari tepi sungai kat rumah uncle dia. Sapa-sapa nak tukar suka sama suka pokok-pokok ini, silalah contact my number.

Custard Cupcakes

I should have brought the cupcake yesterday but couldnt manage to ice the cupcakes. So, silalah makan. Ada kat atas meja depan. It is Custard Cupcakes (in strawberry design casing) and 1 banana chocolate chip (smaller size and all white casing). Ada 10 biji aje, tak sempat nak buat lebih. Actually yang selebihnya, my daughters dah makan!!! Enjoy.

The design is still amateur, baru belajar buat!!
